- List and Sell a property with PHF Realty Inc.
- Purchase a property by using PHF Realty Inc. as your representative.
- Refer a family member or friend to list and sell their home using PHF Realty Inc.
- Refer a family member or friend to purchase a home using PHF Realty Inc. as their representative.
Sponsorship Amounts as follows:
- $1000 for completed sales of $250,000 to $399,999.99
- $2000 for completed sales of $400,000 to $599,999.99
- $3000 for completed sales of $600,000 to $899,999.99
- $5000 for completed sales of $900,000 or over
All my Sales Representatives are strong negotiators with high standards and years of experience in customer service, marketing and sales. They all are familiar with the Greater Toronto Area. I, as the owner of the Brokerage, will also be involved and my personal attention will be given to each transaction.
